Good to know before you visit

Curtains made for your windows hang at the right width, drop and fullness, and you choose the fabric, heading and lining yourself. If you are not sure what you need, call or WhatsApp us and we will help you work it out.

We work out your quote once we have all the details: your measurements and the fabric or blind type you have chosen. Bring your window width and height to the shop, or call us. You are welcome to WhatsApp your sizes and a photo beforehand so we know what you need.

For curtains, measure the width of the rod or rail (not the glass) and the drop from the rod to where the curtain should end. For blinds, measure the width and height of the window recess. If you are unsure, call us and we will talk you through it.

It depends on the size of the job and the fabric you choose. We give you a time when you place the order and let you know as soon as it is ready.

Yes, in many cases. We arrange home measuring and installation around Roodepoort, Randburg, Krugersdorp and greater Johannesburg, and may be able to go further. There is a call-out fee for home measuring. Call or WhatsApp us with your area and we will tell you what is possible.

We take card and cash. A deposit is usually required when you place a made-to-measure order, and we agree the amount with you in the shop.

Finished orders are collected from the shop at China World, Hillfox. If you need your curtains or blinds fitted, we can arrange installation separately.

Yes. Bring your fabric to the shop and we can make curtains, roman blinds or upholstery from it.

Yes. We shorten and hem curtains, change headings and add lining or blockout lining. Bring them to the shop with your new measurements.

Roller, venetian, wooden, vertical and roman blinds, all made to measure. Motorised blinds are available for high or hard-to-reach windows.

We re-cover and repair furniture such as chairs, couches, headboards and cushions. Bring the item, or a photo with sizes, to the shop for a quote.

Yes. We make curtains and blinds for offices, guesthouses, shops and other business premises. Call us or visit the shop to talk through the job.

Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 16:00. No appointment is needed.
